Our Story
From 2015 to 2024, I lived in an apartment in Hell’s Kitchen NYC. It was tiny, shared by three roommates, and was on the 6th floor… with no elevator. But it had access to a roof with sweeping views of midtown and a community of neighbors that the best sitcom writers couldn’t have imagined up. The apartment and rooftop, dubbed the 312 Roof Club, became a community gathering place, on any given night hosting BBQs, piano concerts, political rallies, Derby Day parties, charity fundraisers, (inflatable) pool parties, wedding receptions, or just a simple house party.
We’re bringing that Hell’s Kitchen energy and community to St. Pete, creating a space to grab a drink, foster human connection, and have the most fun night of your life while doing it. When you walk through our front door, you’re transported to 312 W 48th St, where whether it’s your first visit or 100th visit, you are amongst friends and will leave with stories that will last a lifetime.
