Our Story
From 2015 to 2024, I lived in an apartment in Hell’s Kitchen NYC. It was tiny, shared by three roommates, and was on the 6th floor… with no elevator. But it had access to a roof with sweeping views of midtown and a community of neighbors that the best sitcom writers couldn’t have imagined. The apartment and rooftop, dubbed the 312 Roof Club, became a community gathering place, on any given night hosting BBQs, piano concerts, political rallies, Derby Day parties, charity fundraisers, (inflatable) pool parties, wedding receptions, or just good ol’ fashioned house parties.
We’re bringing that Hell’s Kitchen energy and community to St. Pete, creating a space to grab a drink, foster human connection, and have the most fun night of your life. When you walk through our front door, you’re transported to 312 W 48th St, where whether it’s your first or 100th visit, you are amongst friends and will leave with stories to last a lifetime.
